We will despatch your order within 3 business days, providing your order processes successfully.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the tracking number. Once the item has been posted, Kandis cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost due to missed delivery or stolen items.
We use Australia Post for delivery of our items nationally. We charge a flat rate of $10.00 AUD standard delivery and $15.00 AUD express delivery within Australia. For current delivery times please refer to Current Coronavirus delays and other impacts.
If you are an international customer, we charge a flat rate of $50.00 AUD for standard delivery anywhere in the world. International orders are sent tracked and express via DHL couriers. Insurance is not included, but please advise if you would prefer to add on insurance.
Please note that customs and duties are not included in your order, and vary from country to country. We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes and will not accept returns due to these extra costs incurred. It is up to the purchaser to research duties and taxes in their own country.

USA – 4-6 business days

Rest of World – 6-20 business days – these will vary from country to country.
If you choose to pick up in store, you will be notified by email when the order is ready for collection.
