It is a priority to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, items within Australia can be returned for an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Note that there is no exchange on sale items or international orders.
Please email us at email@example.com or contact us on 03 9939 1757 within 7 days of receipt, quoting the original order number and your reason for returning the item.
The returned item must be in new, unused, undamaged, saleable condition, carry the original tag and remain in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
In the event that the return does not meet any of the above terms, Kandis reserves the right to reject the return that does not comply with the conditions above or does not fall under Australian consumer law.
If your return is rejected after review, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a return will not be granted.
Parcels that are returned to Kandis remain the customer’s responsibility and an exchange or credit note will be issued upon receipt of the goods. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as a return.
To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following;
- Try on all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.
- Do not apply anybody moisturisers before trying shoes, clothing and accessories in order to avoid marking leather, suede and other delicate fabrics.
- Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
