Shipping policy

 

We use Australia Post tracked and express for delivery of our items nationally and internationally.

We will despatch your order within 3 business days, providing your order processes successfully.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second email notifying you when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. For an estimate of delivery times, please refer to the tracking number.

Domestic

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 AUD standard delivery and $15.00 AUD express delivery within Australia. 

International

If you are an international customer, we charge a flat rate of $35.00 AUD for standard delivery anywhere in the world. TBC

Instore pickup

If you choose to pick up in store, you will be notified by email when the order is ready for collection.
